Payments
The payment of product prices and of the relative shipping and ancillary costs is done online. The price for the purchase of products and for the shipping costs, as indicated on the order form, will be charged on the payment source given by the user at the time of shipment of the purchased products.
The accepted payment methods are:
- Paypal
At the time of purchase, the Customer enters their credit card details in a protected electronic banking environment, provided by Paypal (world leader in online payments).
- Nexi pay
It is possible to make purchases using Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
- Bank transfer
Choosing the method "bank transfer" the client automatically sends an order request to tolufashion.com, that will proceed to shipment once the corresponding amount will result transferred to the bank account of tolufashion.com. With this payment method, in case of return, you will need to provide your bank account details to enable the cancellation of the payment.
Shipments
Shipments are possible only within territories and nations mentioned on our website. Purchase requests coming from countries not included among those you will see at the time of subscription shall not be accepted by tolufashion.com.
At the moment we ship through DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), that is, for shipments extra EEC, the price for purchase includes also cost of import duties and other taxes like VAT.
Times and costs of shipment.
As soon as the payment has been validated and the articles are available, the orders will be processed in the shortest possible time. The times of delivery depend on when the order is received. In general, the orders reach their destination after 24h/48h in Italian territory, 48h/72h in European territory, 72h/96h in all other countries (extra EEC).
Insurance
Expeditions made by TOLU are insured against accidental damage or loss. The insurance will have value until the moment of delivery of the products at the address indicated by the Customer.
Shipment status
At the time of shipment, the Customer will get an email informing them on the shipment’s identifying number, that will allow them to monitor the shipment on the site of the courier as specified at the time of order.
Shipping information
tolufashion.com will use as shipping information what indicated by the Customer at the time of order.
Shipping date
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, with the following hours: 9.00-17.30. Orders made during weekends will be processed starting from the following Monday morning. Lastly, orders made on a public holiday will be processed on the following working day.
Shipping documents
As required by the law which regulate the trade, all the shipments accompanied by consignment note and official invoice that declares the value of the individual items in Euro. For articles on discount, the invoice will declare the discounted amounts.
Shipment tracking
At the time of shipment, the Customer will get an email informing them on the shipment’s identifying number, that will allow them to monitor the shipment on the site of the courier as specified at the time of order.
The Customer may follow the shipment status on the courier’s site, by simply inputting the delivery number in the "Track Order" field. The webpage will show the exact and updated dispatch movements of your shipment.
Shipment with authorized delivery
At the moment of the goods' arrival, customers are asked to carefully inspect the package before signing, which proves the successful delivery of the shipment.
If, for any reason, the packaging appears to be damaged or if the tape is not intact, clients should sign for the package as "Good unchecked" or to refuse delivery. In the event that the box has been signed for with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence that the package has been tampered, please promptly contact the courier’s local office and contact us by email at the address customerservice@tolufashion.com.
